Let’s talk money. We know billing questions can block signups, so here’s everything you need to know about rivva’s pricing, free trial, cancellation, and refunds—all in plain English.
Do you need to add your card to access the free trial?
Yes, you’ll need to add your card to access the free trial.
But you won’t be charged until after the 7-day free trial ends.
If you cancel before the trial is over, you won’t be charged at all.
What are your payment options?
We accept:
Major debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve)
Virtual cards
International cards
If your preferred payment method isn’t listed, reach out to support@rivva.app and we’ll see what we can do.
Can you cancel? How does that work?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription anytime.
Cancelling simply stops the next billing cycle. You’ll still have full access until your current subscription period ends.
How to cancel on Mobile/Web:
Go to Settings (on mobile) or Profile & Settings (on web)
Click Billing → Manage Billing → Cancel Subscription
Select a reason for cancellation
Confirm by clicking Cancel Subscription
Important tip: Cancel on the device where you originally subscribed.
If you subscribed through Apple, cancel on your iPhone to ensure it stops immediately
If you subscribed on the Web, cancel through the web portal
This ensures your subscription is canceled correctly without issues.
What happens if your payment fails (e.g., your credit card expires)?
We’ll try charging the card a few more times and send you reminders to update your details.
If the payment still doesn’t go through, your plan will expire.
But don’t worry—your data stays safe. You can pick up right where you left off once you update your card.
Are refunds available?
Refunds depend on your subscription platform:
Apple: Refunds are handled directly by Apple. Please contact their support to request a refund.
Web: If there’s an issue, contact support@rivva.app and we’ll review your request.
Note: Cancelling your subscription does not automatically refund your current period, but it stops future billing.
Will you lose your data if you cancel?
No.
Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or tasks. You’ll still have access to all your data until your subscription ends.
If you want to permanently delete your account, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Can you pause your subscription?
Currently, rivva does not offer a pause option.
If you want to stop billing temporarily, the best approach is to cancel and resubscribe later. Your data will still be there when you come back.
