2. Chat with Nia Nia is your personalized AI coach. She wants the best for you and wants to see you thrive. Ask Nia to help you plan your day, schedule tasks and events, or get a summary of how your week went based on time spent working and recharging.
3. Understand your energy Based on your sleep data, rivva forecasts your day and shows you in a timeline when you’ll have the most energy, when you’ll have the least, and gives you tips on what to work on at each point.
4. Extract tasks from Inbox rivva looks through your inbox and pulls out things you need to do—follow-ups from emails, meeting action items, and comments from tools like Notion, Google Docs, and GitHub. You choose what you want to work on, and rivva takes care of fitting it into your schedule.
5. Connect multiple calendars rivva lets you connect up to four Google calendars, so you can see your full day in one view. It looks at your availability across all your calendars and uses that to plan work without double-booking you.
6. Time-block tasks on your calendars When you schedule a task in rivva, you can choose to block that time on your Google Calendar. This helps you see a realistic picture of your day and shows others when you’re busy.
